Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s natural to have questions. This page is here to provide clarity about my approach, services, and what to expect. If you have a question that isn’t addressed here, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help.

All sessions are 60 minutes for individuals and couples

Intake sessions: $225
Regular therapy session (60 minutes): $200

Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Health Savings Account and cash are accepted. Please note any cash received above the session fee will be used as a credit for future sessions. Payment is expected at the time of service.

I am currently NOT in network with any insurance providers. Documentation can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for an out-of-network claim.

Cancellation notice is required 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If the appointment is not canceled within that time frame, you will be charged the full session fee. We understand emergencies may arise and will allow one free last-minute cancellation. A “no-show” to an appointment will be charged the full session fee.

The length of treatment generally depends on your goals and reasons for therapy. Therapy can take only weeks to help you cope with a short-term situation or may last a year or longer if needed to help you attain your goals.

The number of sessions you need and how frequently you need to see your therapist are dependent on your unique situation; however, most sessions are scheduled on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
