Beginning your journey to meaningful therapy can be daunting – there are many unknowns, and it’s only natural for fear to creep in. I’m here to alleviate your stress and help you navigate your first session. Explore my most frequently asked questions and therapy rates below.

How long are counseling sessions?

All sessions are 60 minutes. Individuals, couples and families may request a 90-minute session.

How much are counseling services?

60-minute sessions are $140 and 90-minute sessions are $175.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Health Savings Account and cash are accepted. Please note any cash received above the session fee will be used as a credit for future sessions. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently NOT in network with any insurance providers. Documentation can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for an out-of-network claim.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation notice is required 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If the appointment is not canceled within that time frame, you will be charged the full session fee. We understand emergencies may arise and will allow one free last-minute cancellation. A “no-show” to an appointment will be charged the full session fee.

How long does therapy typically last?

The length of treatment generally depends on your goals and reasons for therapy. Therapy can take only weeks to help you cope with a short-term situation or may last a year or longer if needed to help you attain your goals.

The number of sessions you need and how frequently you need to see your therapist are dependent on your unique situation; however, most sessions are scheduled on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.

  • 60-Minute Session

  • $140/SESSION
    • For individuals, couples, and families.
